Adjustable Vise
Adjustable Vises have been engineered to be the ideal solution for low-profile work holding. Available in sizes 50 mm to 250mm widths, these vises can accommodate a wide variety of workpiece. The quick-change grip down jaws incorporates a pull-down feature to minimize jaw lift. Multiple jaw styles make this vise system configurable for most work holding needs.

Operating Principle
- The floating movable jaw allows fast and safe clamping of rough workpieces that are not perfectly parallel. The precision modular vise in the standard version is supplied with a guided movable jaw running parallel along the entire vise base axis.
- The fixed jaw can be rotated 180 degrees, and its back step matches accurately with the prismatic jaw step, thereby increasing the maximum vise opening.
- Jaw plates manufactured with a pull-down angle ensure that, during the clamping operation, the workpiece is pulled downward firmly against the vise base.
- Adjustable vises are available in various sizes and are defined by base width or jaw width, for example, W100 = base width or jaw width of 100 mm.
